Description:

She was part of the silver medal winning eight that qualified the boat for Rio at the 2015 World Rowing Championships. Genevieve is interested in and enjoys studying interior design.

    Hi Shanya,

    Thanks for introducing us to Genevieve Behrent. I enjoyed learning that she is a rower who started her career back in 2008. I hope that she is feeling prepared for the upcoming Olympic games and that her race (alongside her seven teammates) goes really well. In fact, I hope that they are able to improve upon their previous performance at the 2015 World Championships by winning a gold medal in Rio. That would be pretty amazing, wouldn't it?

    I will keep my fingers crossed for Genevieve and watch her race with interest when it airs on television next month. The Rio Olympics start in exactly 2 weeks and 2 days. It's getting closer!
