Dear Mom,

I want to travel to united arab, because this country is special Arabia create numbers that the world is using and also united arab is create by 7 different little countries, so that you can visit seven different cultures in one country. I think I am going to be away for ten days to visit diffent part of Arabia (maybe, if I have time) I am pretty sure that I will have fun and you are welcome to join and we can have more fun!!!

Activity 1

After you have read the quick facts about each place you must choose ONE country that you would like to ‘visit.’ On your blog post the name of the country and tell us why you have chosen to visit it. Please give, at least, two reasons for choosing the country.

I want to go to united arab emirates the way I like it because it is composed of many small countries, on December 2, 1971, the six emirates of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm al-Gawan declared independence and formulated the Interim Constitution to form the United Arab Emirates, then in 1972 February, the Ras al-Sharif haciendas to join, so I want to explore about many different people from other country and what’s same and different between their culture.

Activity One

I have chosen to go with Australia because it has a great tropical vibe to it, and also they have their own kind of twist in sports, although I love sports I still love the way that new Zealand play's but in Australia it is great to learn new things . I have also been to Australia for a sporting event for my sister and we stayed with heaps of family members and we stayed in Brisbane for two tournaments in wakaama then drove to Melbourne for a relaxation time.

I did actually know that Australia has six states but what I did not know was that they had a gem called the opal gem. Australia is a great place and I know that some family members stay in Sydney so sometimes I learn some things from them, and since my grandparents had taken recent trips there I learn a couple things from them too.

Day 1 – Choosing a destination

The world is a very big and very cool place. There are currently 196 countries and approximately 7.1 billion people living on earth. For this project we are going to focus on just 10 countries across 6 continents – Canada (North America), Mexico (Central America), Chile (South America), England (Europe), Germany (Europe), South Africa (Africa), United Arab Emirates (Middle East), Japan (Asia), Malaysia (South-East Asia), and Australia (Australasia).

Please click on the ‘World Map’ tab on the main menu. It will bring you to a big map. One by one click on the names of the countries and ready the ‘Quick Facts’ about each place.

I have chosen Australia because I have never been there . I have heard that when you go there you are never bored because there are so many things to do for example movie world,sea world,the beach,water park’s and even more. It is also really really hot there like fiji is. The only thing I would not like about it is all the not friendly animals like the nice ones are okay but the mean one’s like venomous spiders and alligators I would not like.

On Google, research the country that you have chosen to visit and write, in your own words, three interesting facts about that country. They must be facts that weren’t already provided on the World Map.

As of 2012, Australia has an estimated population of over 22 million people.Australia is the world's 6th largest country by area.Due to its large size and isolation from the rest of the world, Australia is sometimes known as the 'island continent'.

I will be going to visit the country Australia. I have decided to go Australia because I have never been there before and I would like to experience it. I am going to  be away for 6 weeks and 6 weeks only so no need to worry.
